Sharfaraj A M is the Founder and Chairperson of SHE Foundation, an Indian non-profit based organization established in the year of 2013. He is a successful young Businessman & Entrepreneur and a social activist. He has completed his first graduation infield of Biotechnology and Second graduation in LLB Having graduated with his majors in Biotechnology he has also further completed his graduation in Law so as to not only serve with due technological interventions but also cater to the legal needs of the society at large especially the marginalized sections who are the most deprived and oppressed often remaining bereft of the legal provisions meant to empower them. He has further completed his masters in Business Administration from an eminent university foregoing all lucrative jobs in offer only to draw an ecosystem of comprehensive growth and sustainable development of society.

He has worked in India as well as Abroad in Mining Industry having an experience of around 15 years. In general, Mining Industries are most often as a rule located in remote areas which also happen to be mostly populated by backward and Tribal people and under such circumstances he has envisaged the legitimate necessity of the people and realised even so more his imminent duty to such population at large. Apart from his job, he has always involved himself in all possible social activities in those regions and has diligently worked towards social and economic upliftment of local people by guiding them in modern agricultural ideas, introducing them to cash crops and helping them to cultivate medicinal plants, and also providing Tissue culture plants for better yield and plan to make a strategy to help the Farmers, who happen to be the backbone and commercial alimentary of our Country.

Being an abiding citizen of India and a staunch believer in the Constitution of India, he always wanted to work for the society and mainly for the weaker sections of the society i.e. women and children. Thus he has started this foundation with a motive to provide better education to those meritorious girls who could not, for reasons amongst many, step forward due to social or economic constraints. He always believes in the sayings that“If we educate a boy, we educate one person, but if we educate a girl, we educate a family” and based on this sole belief he has started this foundation to uplift their position in this by facilitating and imparting quality education to them at large.

Hence this foundation is principally focused towards women empowerment by deploying the most profound social tool i.e. education and more particularly aiming at female education thereby ensuring the development of not only an individual but the future progeny at large. He and his dedicated team have been working to achieve their goal to create a better environment for the women in this society and also inviting the dynamic youth of this country to join their hands with this foundation to accentuate and catalyse the mission towards such achievement.
